  • To manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse overseeing all tasks carried out by the team.

We are looking to hire a Stock Control Officer on a full-time permanent basis, SOC code 4133 as follows:

Duties:

The key duties of the Stock Control Clerk include the following:

  • Implementing or improving processes and procedures.
  • Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintaining records of pricing and purchases.
  • Creating and implementing effective inventory management procedures.
  • Preparing a list of depleted items and a survey of unusable items. 
  • Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
  • Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment, or merchandise.
  • Compiling balance.
  • Compile inventory reports, recording, the quantity, type and value of materials, equipment, computerized, and stock on hand, using manual or computerised inventory systems.

 
Skills and Qualifications required:

Duties:

  • Monitor staff training progress.
  • Train and coach staff.
